I really liked Pokémon Channel for the Gamecube. I didn’t realize how amazing the game was, but I was hooked. You wouldn’t think a Pokémon game about watching television would be good, but I was proven wrong. There are some games that you’d pick up and set right back on the shelf just from their cover. You wouldn’t think this would be a good game, but it is. It has a similar game — Hey You Pikachu for the N64 — that requires a microphone for you to talk to Pikachu. I haven’t gotten a chance to play this game, but I do have the copy. I just can’t find a microphone compatible with this game.
Have you played this game, and if you have, did you enjoy it? It wasn’t that bad of a game, to be honest. I liked it a lot!
Yeah, I think I played it years ago. Didn't play too much of it, but from what I did play I enjoyed it. Sadly no longer have a GameCube or the game for that matter, but I do remember it being a good game.
I played Pokémon Channel all the way through once. I remember thinking it was fine. I liked Hey You Pikachu a lot more, and I recommend it if you liked Pokémon Channel, but Pokémon Channel was fine for what it was trying to be.
My mother would bring me with her to her friend's house, and her son had Hey You, Pikachu! He let me try it out, but my voice was too high pitched to register. Haha
I got Pokémon Channel when it came out though! It was loads of fun for me. My best friend would come over and play it with me too. I remember absolutely loving the pichu brothers back then and being hyped they were in the game.
