You're right, it hasnt been released just yet but I assume the three starters will be available with their hidden abilities in the near future via Mystery Gift or as a game code in nearby retailers.

i forgot to mention though, rockruff comes in the same form for both games, if you want it to evolve as a midday lycanroc, you need to evolve him during the day in pokemon sun.
