Pokemon - Should I make a Pokemon Forum?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but, I wanted to know if I should make a Pokemon Forum. I hate it that the Nintendo DS Section is full of Pokemon Threads making it a Pokemon section. So anyways, do you want a Pokemon Forum for me to make?
