Pokemon/Smash subforum descriptions

ORAS is out so upcoming should instead be latest.

And Smash has no description s:

Just two little nitpicks of mine, hoping they could be changed.

Agreed that the Pokemon Center should be updated, but I think the Smash Board is still running on the idea that it will probably die out within the month and eventually make room for the next upcoming hit Nintendo game. Plus the staff totally sucks at Smash so why would they update the description of a game they hate!
