No, no I mean the person who turned it shiny likely cloned it as well and is now passing the clone off as 100% legit like 99% of the hackers on gamefaqs[funny thing is they don't view cloning as cheating at all there, yet they come down hard on TSV threads there]

Oh, Gotcha. It did have 5 Perfect IV's so I guess that could've happened.

If it was a perfect 5IV roll on it, chances are very likely; but oh well at least you have you shiny espurr ^_^(I love my shiny meowstic twins x3 I only raise them together)

It's a Modest nature with HP, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed IV's, Pretty darn neat of a Hatch IMO :>
