I read how they appear and that they're exclusive to Scarlet. I can try and see if I can encounter and capture one for you. It's going to have to wait, however, as I'm hatching a Fuecoco egg for xSuperMario64x, and I can't leave the picnic area while waiting (I really wish we could though, lol).
