How to get the regis is Ruby and Sapphire, I found this just for xYoh.

i remember doing all that stuff in ruby....the currents were so annoying though, i had to try like 60 times to finally get to the place to use dive

Yes your going to have to get Wailmer to level 40 so it can evolve and a Relicanth is underwater somewhere but they are rare, and I think you have to be the elite four also but i'm not completely sure, if you get all 3 regis you can transfer them over to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum and after you beat the elite four and get the national dex take them to snowpoint temple to awaken Regigigas.

woot k (bad thing my brother erased my pokemon sapphire file <_< ) i think first im going to train all my 2 pokemonz and then beat elite four get rayquaza, relicanth and the regigis but... he used 3 masterballs can i still catch them with other??

Yes you can catch any Pokemon without a master ball, the guy in the video was just being lazy.
