My shiny Luxray. Zoroark too. They're my biggest disappointments but I'm still holding onto hope that they will be brought back.

On the other hand I'm happy that I'll be able to transfer my Mimikyu and change his nature, kinda.

Pachirisu. My absolute favoriteeee. I was so sad ngl but ah well

Luxray is my main one. My first shiny in Diamond, my first pokemon journey. He shaped my team and I've had him come to greet me at the end of every adventure for the past 12 years. And now he's stuck in ultra moon.
Empoleon is another one for similar reasons. My first starter and he's also stuck there.

I can only hope the inevitable gen 4 remakes will come soon enough. XDD It's not all bad though. Some others I like did make it through.

Rayquaza. Emerald was one of the first games I really loved, I brought it all the way up from that game and now it's stuck.

Dragonite, Electivire, Gliscor, Luxray...I could go on.

What really sucks though is my first shiny pokemon, a tentacool, can't be brought over.

Shame about most of the legionaries and mythicals, though I don't know particularly who got cut, but I have the full Dex so...

Anyway, Bunneary and Lopunny I miss dearly, I hope we get that gen 4 remake to make up for it lmao. Though I'm not salty about the no nat dex in the slightest.

I may be the ONLY one to say this, but I was hoping I could have a shiny Dedenne named Jaffa Cake as my main Pokemon for the third time in a row.

This is one of the reasons i'm still debating whether or not I want to actually get the game believe it or not.

Bede and the legendary pokemon are pretty cool though so I might.
