Possible Nook's Homes Glitch

I bought the pebble pavement and zen fence two days ago. Fast forward to now, and both the items have been displayed in the shop ever since buying them. The rest have continued to change, though. I might be wrong, but this seems like a bug to me. Is anyone familiar with something like this happening? .-.

Today I had all mermaid except the door.
Only once I have had your 'glitch' I had barrel postbox for two days after as well.
