SO, I think the head could be A bit more equal, same with the hair.

And the price : 50- 75 TBTB

It doesn't at all! The character is a doll who has basically no expressions as she snaps people's necks in the novel

Don't ask people to price your art and then get offended when they critique. The anatomy is off, so I'd practice a bit more before trying to sell. She needs more of a neck, and you need to make the head smaller. Even for a chibi type character, it still looks kinda oversized.

I understand that this character is "Different" and it represents the character as well. I believe I read somewhere she has no bones, or something? So in a way, the pixel does represent that. How can a neck hold a head, if there are no bones?

(If the bone part is completely wrong, I apologize)

My advice is, maybe create another example of another character that can stand up straight or something?

Other than that, I see the potential I would say maybe 50-65 TBT, if it gets better, I'd say it would be worth more.

For a proper judgement you need a proper example! I also think it's a little bit too early to think about RLC. I'd help you out but I can't really pixel myself ;-;

Well, she's folding her arms into her skirt, and her sleeves are quite long.

thats a beginners trick to avoid drawing hands, maybe you should practice drawing hands and go about making a clearer example. The anatomy is off by quite a bit, I would say to look up chibi anatomy since that's the style your going for

The head and body proportions are slightly uneven, and the colouring needs more care, and detail, the hair needs to have more even lines and the eyebrows need more shape, and i price it about 10-20 tbt, sorry if i sound harsh, i just roll this way, haha.​
