Primary player - missing COOKING App

Hi, really crossed and confused...

Anyone know if you need to qualify in anyway to access cooking app from the office? Like using pevious customisations etc

It just did not appear to be available for exchange for NookMiles on my account... both of my kids, and secondary accounts/players, have it right there...

Where can i report it?

You need to complete the DIY workshop from Tom Nook. I think that includes doing the customization tutorial too.

In case there is confusion, there really isn't a cooking app. The cooking recipes are in the DIY Recipes app, which gets renamed to DIY Recipes+ once you have learned cooking.
