question about first 5 villagers

i have zucker moving out today, he was one of the villagers i invited for the 3 plot quest from nook, so he doesnt have ANY of his "original" furniture he has the stuff i DIY and put in the box. if someone takes him from my island will he have the furniture he's supposed to or will he still have the DIY furniture?

He should have the furniture he was supposed to. The starter homes only account for beginning of YOUR island, not someone else's.

Yeah if he moves on another island he'll get his "meant" furniture.

Deirdre was my starter Sisterly and to have her with her "final" house and furniture I asked a friend to take her on her island and then took her back, now I have her autumn realness house AND she remembers me

Sadly, in most cases, they don't (remember you).
From what I know, they keep the data of their "memories" only if they go on the island of someone who's in your friend list in game.
