Question about mailboxes

So I have been trying to find the answer and am stuck, so sorry if its in a faq somewhere and I missed it.

When you buy a mailbox from the Shop, does it give you capacity in addition to what you already have?

So for example, we have 75 max messages to start with. If you buy the small mailbox that has a max of 100 messages, do you end up with 1) 100 messages total OR 2) 175 messages total?

I hope that question makes sense. Thx for any inputs.

The mailbox can hold a maximum of ___ messages

So your mailbox is upgraded to 100 messages instead of 75 (or whatever it is)

Mailboxes don't stack. They just increase the max capacity.
