Question about mystery islands...

Hey all! So I have already picked my 3 villagers from mystery islands and their housss have been built for a few days. I’ve used around 15-20 book miles tickets and haven’t seen any villagers on the islands. Do they stop coming to mystery islands after the first 3 villagers? And if so, how do I unlock the campsite? Thanks for your help in advance :3

They do come back to the mystery island after the first camp site villager moves in(Yes you have to move in the first villager no way around it). Camp site unlock when you upgrade resident services and you talk to Tom Nook.

I just talked to tom nook and he suggested the K.K. Slider concert, should I be asking under “What should I do?” Or is it in the nook stop? Sorry for being so clueless ^^’
