So, a while back, someone sent me a rating, and they meant to make it positive, but accidentally made it negative. The comments were kind though, which shows it was meant to be positive. Usually, it wouldn't bother me too much, but even after more positive ratings, that single one brings down my percentage. Is there anyone I can contact to fix that?
