Questiona About Trading

Is it currently safe to trade villagers? I have someone being put in boxes tomorrow, and would like to know if I can still trade without any major glitches. I am not sure if they fixed the "I moved out" glitch or not, but would like to know.

Also, don't know if this goes here or somewhere else, but I would love to send Goose to someone who would like him. I don't like the guy, but I think he should still go to someone who wants him. If anyone is willing to trade someone like Hans or someone else in my signiture I will happily give Goose in exchange. Either that or some Nook Miles Tickets. Whatever a fair amount for Goose would be.
