I'm on the 27th of October in my game right now (went back in time before loading mayor to make up for a few days I missed) and would like to get back up to date in time for the Halloween festivities, so I'd like this to be a fairly quick auction.

Starting bid at 100k and all bids in 50k increments, please. Will be ending this auction at 3PM PST.
