"I'm Ashley," He responded, glancing again at Aspen. Up close in person, she looked far too cute and innocent to be a hero, out fighting. "Are you seriously a hero?" He asked bluntly. "You look far too weak..."

~Aspen~
Aspen raised an eyebrow. "At least my name matches my gender. Isn't Ashley supposed to be a girls name?" She was vaguely aware of someone behind them; she swore she could hear footsteps, though it could probably wait a few moments anyway.

Leihi quietly tried to speed up a little more; she was excited to greet her target. Her heart raced in joy, and then, at the last second being only three feet away, she made her jump for the boy in white hair with her arms stretched out to glomp him.

Zelm-
Zelm put away his writing material in his drawer, and then took care of his coffee cup in the sink. He sat down in his comfy chair and leaned back. "I wonder if anyone would like me to help them out. So... do I offer a hero? Or a villain? No doubt the villains are going to want to do something while the heroes' HQ is a mess, so..." he leaned his head back and closed his eyes. "Or... I'll do absolutely nothing!"

Ashley scowled. Why did people always think his name was girly? "Boys can be called Ashley too you know, it's not necessarily- Aaahhh!"

~Aspen~
Aspen's eyes widened for a moment as she watched what happened, before she burst out laughing. "Someone's friendly today," she grinned. Best of all was seeing Ashley's face turn crimson as the girl jumped on him.

Erie closed her windows and looked in the cage. The boy ran away! How dare he leave his cage! Erie looked through everywhere, he was gone! Erie sighed, "Again, another one got away!"



Zeus looked at the picture of Erie and fell lovestruck. Zeus then walked outside and made it thunder, that hit buildings and cars and people. Zeus was mad at only one thing keeping them apart,Villians.

"Yes! Mission Accomplished: Glomp a guy! Ohhh, why didn't I ever do it to Zelm? Ooo, I should let him know of my victory!" she immediately whipped out her phone and sent the message: "I glomped a guy!" She got up, and spun in circles, and then queried, "So, y'all are heroes, right? I'm not mistaking strangers for heroes, right? ...right?"

Zelm-
Zelm looked at his phone upon hearing it ding from a message. He read aloud, "'I glomed'... 'a guy'..." he messaged her back, "And why are you informing me of this recent event?" and then put his phone down.

"Right. You did actually manage to find heroes, not just random people. I'm Aspen," she introduced herself to the rather excited girl. "And this is Ashley, the guy with a gal's name," she added, earning herself a glare from the guy in question, who was still looking decidedly tomato-ish.

Leihi-
"Alright then! I'm Leihi! So Ashy! Did you enjoy my surpriiiiise?" Leihi giggled. "I made sure to give you a Leihi's Special! I hope you like iiit!" She offered her hand to help him up.

Erie looked at herself in shame. I'm supposed to be evil so I can report back to the superheroes telling them about villains! Erie then put on her superhero costume and ran to R.I.S.E.


Zeus then checked his phone, he was currently at R.I.S.E doing some business.
"Ugh another call!" He sighed.
"Who is it?" He responded.
"Your worst nightmare." The caller said and then ended the call.
"Another prank call,probably!"

 

[Ghost Soda]

As he walked to R.I.S.E., Clive noticed a group chatting in front of him. He was tempted to talk to them, but changed his mind and kept walking, albeit in earshot.

Zeus heard the door opening behind him and his jaw dropped. He saw the girl he had been always wanting to see.
"Erie! Is that you!" He yelled his lungs out.


Erie saw a boy who had called her name.
"I am named Erie, who are you exactly?"
Erie stared at him confused.
If only I knew him, he seems nice.

Ashley stood up, on his own, and brushed himself off. He didn't particularly want to be helped up by the person who was responsible for knocking him to the ground in the first place. Especially if she was going to keep calling him Ashy. Somehow that seemed even worse than Ashley.
"So," he began, trying to change the topic away from both his name and 'glomping'. "Heroes have powers. What are yours?"

Ohhhh, so he's THAT kind of person, okayyy... thought Leihi, taking her hand back. "My powers? Manly men first! Unless you're not manly; then I suppose none of us can go first, so we'll have to wait for a manly man to appear!" she smiled. "Or if there are no manly men here and Aspen wants to go first, she can!"

Ashley rolled his eyes. "Has anyone ever told you that you talk way too much?" He asked bluntly as he turned invisible. By the time he turned visible again, he had moved from his original spot and was standing at the other side of Leihi.

"Erie you probably don't know me... how about we walk and talk to the front of R.I.S.E, I see some nice people there!"


"Um, whatever your name is, I don't know if I want to talk to people, I'm not that social of a person. And first of all whats your name?"
Erie then found herself walking and talking to Zeus all the way to the front of R.I.S.E where a bunch of people were standing.
"I don't know about this..."

Leihi-
"Fooh, sounds like someone had just a bit too little sleep. Anyway! Let's keep going on towards HQ, right?" Leihi said, walking a bit forwards, and turning to look back at Aspen. She tried to not mind Ashley too much, as clearly he didn't like her, and she didn't want to let him affect her. She decided to think of him as... someone with a poor sense of humor.

Erie started to walk away from the people but then fell back after a lighting bolt hit the sidewalk.
"Woah!" Erie said.
"Sorry to bother you Erie, but we need to go follow those people! They look like villains!"
"They are probably not villains, Zeus you are so immature!" She rolled her eyes.
Zeus started walking towards them.
"Ugh!" Erie said following him watching the people.

"It's not my fault I was woken up early this morning..." He muttered, somewhat grumpily. Normally he would sleep in far later than he had. So Leihi was actually right, he hadn't had enough sleep.

~Aspen~
Aspen caught up to Leihi, leaving Ashley to trail behind. "I wonder if he's usually this grumpy?" She thought out loud, having never spoken to him before and therefore not knowing how he usually acted.

 

[Kirindrake]

Leihi-
"Yeah, I'm not sure about him, either. But you know what they say... can't make a first impression twice!" Leihi stated. "By the way, do you think we'll need backup? I have this guy in contact that I know. He isn't with R.I.S.E., but he could probably help! Or... maybe we should wait till we meet up with the others and see if we need backup then... I don't know." She looked back to where Ashley was, wondering if she should go back for him, but then she just thought, Nah, he'll catch up if he wants to hang around us.

"Honestly, I think any extra backup we can get would be useful. As far as I know, This is the first time something like this has happened, and it kinda makes us more vulnerable. The more backup we have, the better, really. Just in case," Aspen replied. They must be up against a hell of an enemy for the HQ to be attacked.
