9/10 I think it's interesting that a physical move uses its wielder's special attack. Makes for some interesting possibilities.

6/10 It's quite satisfying to actually hit with it, but I find it way too inaccurate to use competitively. It can be good with Compound Eyes, but Butterfree and Vivillon aren't good enough to make it using it worthwhile. Not a bad move but not great either.
