Recent Youtube happenings

I was listening to video game soundtracks today and I noticed a couple of them had their comments turned off. If I recall correctly. They won’t be enabled if they’re labeled for children. It seems like it has already begun.

Could you add them to a playlist?

Feel free to. They do keep making features unusable, then they get rid of them, saying no one used them.

oh yeah. youtube's gone to absolute crap lately. recently, my friend's youtube channel was deleted for pretty much no reason. she's tried to contact youtube but they haven't answered yet. youtube better fix themselves before they do something regrettable and end up getting boycotted.

YouTube is owned by Google and it's almost impossible to talk t someone human , best you can probably do is use the Google product forums or put feedback through YouTube

I didn't try that but I know that comments were turned off as opposed to being disabled. Plus, I went through so many soundtracks and I don't want to skim through all of them just to find out if I can or not.

Do you also remember the old annotations? You know, the one where you can actually put your own text in it and have some link you to other videos? I don't know about you, but there were a few interactive videos back then where you could click on an annotation link and get a certain outcome. Because of these old features removed, those videos are basically stripped of their charm.

I do remember those, some had a chose your own adventure like branching paths, linking to private videos you can't get to anymore.

So I just got a warning and I don't even upload videos. They said one of my playlists violates the community guidelines and removed it. Make make them private? I thought I clicked a box that said make them all private.
