Technically you have enough TBT bells to get a ref sheet since I charge 140 TBT bells for mayor refs. With IGB, I don't normally accept it, in part since it's a pain to coordinate a time that'll work for both of us. But, in this case, I might be willing to go that route, since I could always use some extra bells since when I do spend bells... it's a lot. XD
