Reggie's House in HH Showcase (SpotPass)

I have Reggie's house in my HHA Showcase. I wonder if it was because I used my iPad to connect to a Best Buy site this morning, or if they just sent it out via Spotpass. I know it is Reggie's house because they gave a tour of the house in the eshop.
