Resident Services and River Outlets - the only thing I want to know before starting

The cliffs part is wrong. you can reach all 3 cliffs except for the 4th one

The first level is flat, so it's not a cliff area. That's why they're saying the 3rd cliff is not accessible. I have to keep reminding myself that we don't have to go "down" to the beach like we did in New Leaf. It's flat, like previous versions.

the highest cliff level, are we sure that it is completely inaccessible? I mean maybe it is only inaccessible with the ladder and you need something else in order to reach it? Because it looks like some of the ponds/starting water start on the highest area...

I would also like to know if RS can be moved eventually. Ideally for me, it should be in a corner to maximize space.

Also, is the airport/plane color permanent? Can we get a color based on answering questions at the beginning?

I'm pretty sure you can't change either, I know for sure abt the river outlets and I'm pretty sure I heard in a YT video that you need to carefully pick where you want the res center to be at the beginning as well

Within a review video I heard specific confirmation that all buildings except RS are relocatable.
(I’m guessing they didn’t think of the airport when they made that statement, as I’m sure that can’t be moved either)

Yeah you can't move RS. I just unlocked the building itself
