That's not really the major cause of bullying on here. Besides, I've never really seen any attacks on post count here.

Surprisingly, I never had to deal with things like this when I first started tbt... I was actually really quiet and had a small amount of posts. Probably because I only posted on ACCF threads because it was really popular then.

To see that a mod has finally reached the breaking point warms my heart it really does.
My first few moments on this site were spent in awe of the utter *censored.2.0* moderators here let slip by. I now realize that's because I come from a forum where there are very strict posting regulations... That isn't the point.

TBT has a rainbow of different posters within it's little community, you've got gamers, reality corner kids, and laid back kids that make up all the different colors... like skittles. I myself, generally try to be an unfunny guy but rarely do I attack others. As a matter of fact, I'm the one who mentioned managing the *censored.2.0* browns and vomit greens of the posting community.

It was laughed at by members and ignored by mods.

That's still not what my post is about.

This forum has a problem, I thought I'd wait it out but it doesn't appear as though that's going to get me anywhere. I often neglect to post in most threads simply because of the fact that they are "content-less". Also I'm getting sick of a few (un-namable) members post quality and content, however making waves isn't something a forum's member base is about.

THIS is what I'm getting to...

Sporge, you said that you aren't omnipotent, no one is asking you to be...
What the intelligible members of TBT want is a stern, and understanding moderator.
The simple fact of the matter is mods don't exist solely to answer reports/complaints, they exist to serve the forum based community by keeping the forums clean via thread deletion/moving, setting a hardfast rule set, updating rules, temp-banning offenders and ending disputes BEFORE the report ticket has been sent.

I'm not going to tell you what to do (I know because I used to administrate a forum that mods hate that... )
Instead, I invite you to read some literature, by that I mean the forum rules of the "Strict" forum I belong to.

The Site's Public Trash Can

Don't assume that appealing to the masses of this forum will get you anywhere. Folks like you and me are the minority in this whole meaningful posts/anti-flame/spam problem. Realize however that although you may not be omnipotent it is your job to take care of it... how you do so is up to you.

Good luck solving this issue, I sure as heck won't be contributing to your strain, rather, I earnestly wish you the best of luck...
