Reversing negative Wi-Fi feedback?

I was a victim of the Wi-Fi feedback system: someone accused me of stealing their hybrids when I had never even been to their town. Is the way to appeal/reverse this just by reporting, or is there someone specific I should contact?

bad wifi is necessary to see who's a trustworthy trader, but it should be for the right reasons. dont just go around giving bad ratings w/out a good reason lmao

Quoted for truth. I'm actually really dejected right now. Everyone has been wonderful on TBT so far, and this is my first negative experience. And from someone I didn't even actually interact with! Ugh.

mods will help u out! dont stress too much about it. it sucks i know, but it'll be resolved soon enough. tbt is strict about accurate ratings so im sure you'll be fine!
