I will be revising the rules during the weekends, but they may end up finalized today, if my schedule isn't too harsh. Hopefully, everyone will adapt to the rule changes that are coming up.
Edit 1 - I have revised the rules for the first time, and all I did was basically spruce up the current rules grammatically and otherwise. I will be adding more rules in the second edit.
