One of my ribs is longer than the other. I've never had an xray to say whether I have more bones in one, I have been to the doctor and been given a perfect bill of health. I've been this way my whole life. Since it doesn't hurt and causes no other problems that either I or my doctors can find, I just chalked it up to something that's normal for me.

I'd suggest still visiting a doctor anyway and making sure, but I get the feeling that if you've been this way your whole life (to your knowledge) that the doctor will just tell you not to worry about it.

It's hard to tell from what you posted, but it seems normal. If it causes pain or you're really worried about it, it's probably a good idea to get it checked out by doctor if you can, just to put yourself at ease.

I have a lot of problems with my ribs, they're very uneven, I frequently have broken and/or bruised ribs. I don't think one side is longer than the other though.

This looks like a job for: Dr.Tao, super MD.

You have a parasite living within you feeding on your calcium in an effort to evolve into its final stage.

At some point within the next 12-18 months it's going to burrow out of your groin and turn you into soup with its acid spit before adding a few diced onions, chopped carrots and a parsnip for extra flavor in the soup. Typically the Rectalanus parasite eats the soup with a side of Italian bread sticks, but depending on your region this could also include garlic bread or sausage.

The experience should be painless and you'll show no symptoms until it comes bursting out of your nether regions, sort of like a vicious parasite bursting out of somebody's groin. After your demise the parasite will likely wear your clothes and go by your name in an attempt to start its new life, so friends and family will be spared emotional trauma as they'll love and care for the 6 legged beast in blissful ignorance.

For a case like this I usually prescribe lollipops and Pepsi Max. Other variations of Pepsi should not be drank as this will harm the parasite, which should not be done since studies show the parasite has the right to live just as much if not more than its human host.
