I first got it earlier this year to help me get started somewhere.
At first it was fun and playing the game was a way to "distract" from the workout.
But as the story got "harder" I felt the exercises were getting simpler at not helping? I wasn't sure about them.
So I switched to custom workouts and that helped more.
Now I do other things, but it was great to start with and if you know what to do with it, it can help.
Ring Fit is something that I own and I should try to play more because I don't work out normally. I'm in good shape but it would still be good to do a bit more. I just kinda keep forgetting about it when I have the time...
I own it but also work out normally and because I have to move my coffee table when I want to play it, I haven't played it too much I'd def be down to! it was great for cardio and endurance
I played it once. I actually really like it, but it was difficult to find time and my toddler wanted to get involved with the equipment. I’m going to try again sometime though. It’s on my list of things to start.
Bringing back this old thread because I love this game and would actually love to find friends who are also actively playing so we can give each other multitask bonuses
I never really cared much about this game, but my middle-aged sister owns this game and when she lived in the house I grew up in, (Which I still live in BTW) you could hear her banging the floor at the top of her room in the downstairs portion of the house.
Crazy times I tell ya.
I played this for a little while! I felt it was fun enough, and the mobs were silly. Something was missing for me personally though, just because during the times when you "run" I just wanted to go outside and actually run, but for more than a minute! But like I said, fun enough as a game, since I do like games that use motion control!
I have this game but haven’t played it in a few years it was fun and a neat take on fitness. I really should play it again at some point and finish the story.
I used to play this before getting a gym membership! I really like goi bf to the gym now and it gives me a better workout but I should break this out sometime and show my bf since we moved in together and he could use it too if he likes
I’ve stopped and started a few times with this one - I feel like it’s a good way to get “into” exercise but then you need to kick it up a notch outside or in the gym to really get going.
My mom and I play Ring Fit for our workouts on days where the weather's not good for walking, and while it's considerably tougher than I thought it would be lol, I have found it to be pretty fun! Things have kept coming up so I haven't played in a while now, but I've been itching to get back to it soon.
I need to get back into ring fit! I enjoyed it very much when I used it and lost a lot of weight but life has picked up and i havent found the motivation to open it back up since
