I thought I'd make a thread for this, in case anyone missed it.

Personally I didn't really enjoy the PC version and refunded it, but I thought I'd give it another shot and I do enjoy the Switch version.

You also can play it online for free without a Nintendo Online membership:

i played the xbox version with my mom and while we enjoyed it neither of us cared for the controls so it eventually got returned. i actually really enjoy the switches controls and plan to make my car UBER CUTE!

Just wanted to let everyone know that this game takes up a whole 10 GB worth of space. With me running out of room on my device, I'm trying to find other ways to manage my predicament rather than just buying a microSD card, and with that I'm starting to really notice the size of some of my games' hardware. So yeah, just wanted to put that out there for anyone else trying to free up space on their device. :)

I do like the game, shame that it is so huge (I'm not that desperate for it. XD). I hope they make the PC version free as well so this can no longer concern me. Edit: Turns out it's free on PC as well via the Epic Games Store Sweet!

I bought this on the Xbox One awhile back and played it on and off. I think it's a really great game and the fact that it's free you should definitely try it if you haven't. It's a great couch co-op game as well as one to play with your friends online. I'm assuming they made it F2P to focus more on the cosmetic profits which doesn't bother me. Also, the game has a killer soundtrack.

Also forgot to mention: the F2P options also means you have to connect with Epic, but it saves your progress across all platforms in return.

I've been playing Rocket League on the Xbox One for about a year and a half now and I haven't played in a while, when I played it again for a bit, it's definitely quite different. Not sure what to think about that, I guess I'll just have to see. Although all the new choices make things kind of complicated, I think it's nice that they give us the option to specifically choose how we want to play.

I've been playing it quite a bit on Switch lately (mostly for the Fortnite crossover event). I'm not very good at it, but I don't mind some of the game modes. I like playing the one with different power ups and the one with the hockey puck.

Do you agreed that it's hard to do tricks in the game. Like a certain way u have to do it.🤔

Yes, it is quite hard. I really haven't mastered any of the aerial stuff, and I feel like that's holding me back a lot. I also tend to drive up the walls quite a bit, and that is not what I really intend to do. I guess I just need more practice.

Yeah it's kinda annoying that you can't do many tricks because u gotta learn them. It's worst when online because most people will know the tricks and make the game harder. Only one l know how to do driving up the walls..if that counts
