I'm not. I can't justify the cost since the only Switch game I'd be interested in playing online is ACNH and I haven't been playing all that much. Maybe if they had better perks or if I were into online modes in other games.
I just recently bought my subscription so I can play Splatoon, so under a year. I always only get a year subscription and just buy another one when I need to.
I am at five years and around 2 months. Hasn’t been worth it honestly. The only game I’ve played online on the system in the past few years is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and I go months without touching it. That leaves the retro titles, which I’ve spent a decent amount of time using, but not thinking it’s the best. Nintendo 64 games have a lot of lag, especially when the system is docked. The library of GBA games is still lacking too.
I've had mine since I got my switch, which was back in 2016, so.. a long time haha. I've never felt the need to cancel it, but I also didn't feel the need to upgrade it to the fancy version with the emulators. I just use it to play Splatoon & ACNH. x)
Had it since launch. don't really think about it too much anymore. Switch is my main console so every now and then i want to play some games with people online
I think I was part of my sister's family plan during COVID until she realized last year she was getting charged for something essentially none of us used anymore living that offline life but it's ok it was fun while it lasted!
i don't use my switch that much so i subscribe to nso for a few months at a time and then stop. recently restarted my membership since i wanted to play a little acnh and do some trading but now i've gotten bored again so i think i'll stop my nso again
been subscribed for about four and a half years, just on the basic individual plan that I pay monthly. mostly use it for visiting islands and making trades on animal crossing but sometimes use it when playing the Pokemon games, especially if there is a big raid going on that’s easier to beat when playing with others.
I've been subscribed almost from the beginning. Every year when it comes time to renew, I think about canceling and then I remember all of my saved games from some SNES classics... and I cave for another year lol
I first subscribed during the pandemic to play with friends (either then, or for smm2, whichever came first) but stopped subbing a few years back. Nowadays I resup just for the month when tbt hosts events! I do miss SMM2 sometimes, its announcement and all the dlcs were so exciting! definitely one of my fav reveals of recent time along with banana mania, ttyd, and the mario and luigi series revival
