Daemon flinched when the wounds stung, but he didn't complain.
"It's fine... I'm sorry too, for not doing my job." he mumbled, looking at his brother's eyes. "What girl fairy? How did she look?" Daemon asked afterwards, having met a girl fairy himself earlier.

DAMIEN:
"Reddish hair.. blue dress.." Damien said as he finished patching up the last of his wounds.
"She was hitting on me and I shut her down. That's when she placed some bad luck curse on me.. Then, the massacres happened. It's my fault for shutting her down." He said, shutting his eyes.
"They died because of me rejecting her. And I lashed out on you because of this." Damien sighed and gave his brother a gentle hug, standing a little taller over him. Even though they were the same age and twins, he always felt like he was the older brother.

- - - - DAEMON SPADE
Daemon looked at Damien as he spoke, hugging his brother back gently. "Damien.. I'm sure that she couldn't have caused all of this death, please don't beat yourself up over this." he murmured, beginning to realize. Damien had been carrying the burden on his shoulders all this time, that the massacre was his fault. "I actually met a girl just like that earlier today, she came to me while I was sitting down. She looked exactly how you described, her name was Lily."

DAMIEN:
Damien clenched his fist as he remembered the wench from yesterday, sighing in disgust.
"Even if it wasn't her curse, it still made me feel like a horrible leader.. And.." He sighed as a tear welled up in his eye for the first time ever. It dripped down his cheek and he turned away in disgust with himself.
"Nothing. I just feel sorry for all of this. Have you slept at all? You might, you know, want a rest." He said, turning back around. Oh ****, I forgot.. he can't find out about her gone. Not that it'll last long..

- - - - DAEMON SPADE
"I'll sleep, but I need to tell Ahri something first.." Daemon mumbled, feeling weird saying his girlfriend's name infront of his brother incase he got mad again. "It'd be kind of important to her, I think. Did she come back from her walk?" his gaze darted around the room. He had noticed the tear in his brother's eye, but he didn't want to mention it, because he obviously wasn't proud of himself for it. Daemon didn't think badly of him for it, though. There were times when tears were acceptable, even from someone as strong as his Damien.

DAMIEN:
"Er.. um.." Damien stuttered until he couldn't take it any longer. "Alright, I need to tell you something but can you please.. hear me out?" He said, facing his brother with a serious expression, you could see the guilt in his eyes.
"Yesterday, when I stormed outside, I got burned by her so I ended up calling her a stupid.. laguz.. And I'm pretty sure she heard everything I said. I haven't seen her come back.. but she.." Damien looked at the ground. He felt the worst guilt ever and only prayed this his brother wouldn't leave him all alone.
"She ran away."

- - - - DAEMON SPADE
Daemon froze but didn't interrupt, listening to what his brother had to say till the very end.
"She ran away..?"
Ahri, no.. She must have thought this was her fault. Daemon bit his lip.
"I have to find her, Damien.." his voice was a whisper as he stared at Damien.

DAMIEN:
"Daemon please.. don't go. You probably think I'm the worst brother imaginable, but it's dangerous out there to go alone head on into a territory you're not sure of. What about all the deaths happening here? What if you get jumped? I'm sure that wherever she is, she is safe. I can't leave the village to go with you." He pleaded, what if he went out alone and then never returned? He couldn't imagine how he'd feel if he let his brother go out alone.
"Please. She's not worth your life. I only speak the truth, it's not meant to hurt you."

"But..." Daemon frowned. He knew his brother only had Daemon's safety in mind, but he couldn't just leave Ahri out there where it was dangerous.
"She could be in trouble, brother. I can't let her do this.." he engulfed his brother in a gentle hug once more, and spoke gently. "I'm sorry... but you can't stop me, Damien.."

DAMIEN:
Damien sighed, losing control of his brother's safety was horrible for him.
"She's probably with her other laguz friends.." He made one last attempt at stopping him, but overall he was never a guardian or had control over Daemon's life, he was going to do what he wanted to do no matter what Damien thought. He gripped his head and went to sit on the couches.
"Fine. Please, be safe."

AHRI:
Ahri hadn't the energy to sit back up, this place had no spark to it. She didn't know how much longer she would be able to stay here with the other laguz. Was this the right life for her? She did not think so. Everyday she questioned why she was born into this body. As much as she loved being a fox, she wished she didn't have to deal with the consequences. Her coat-dress protected her from the snow's cold touch, she wondered why everybody was gone for so long.

TIME: Night time
WEATHER: Windy, Storm incoming. Light rain/Light snow.

Daemon smiled gently at his brother's acceptance. "Thank you, this means so much to me. I promise I'll stay safe, if you do the same."
His injuries felt a lot better after Damien had treated them. Daemon would set off at once. If Ahri were with her Laguz friends, he might be able to get her back by the later night or early morning.

DAMIEN:
Damien watched as his brother departed, he hoped the first place he'd check was the Laguz area. That would make the most sense in a way, if they saw her or didn't it made things easier.
Please I beg of you Ashera, keep my brother safe. He whispered to himself and stood up, heading upstairs and into his bedroom. He merely sat there, hoping his brother would be back by the end of the evening or the morning. He had to understand that they were older now, and that he would be on his way to getting married and having children.
"I must repay my debts to him. I have to make sure this village is safe for the two of them to have a life together. Ahri mentioned children, and I will make sure this village is safe for when the time is right." Damien thought out loud, placing a chair by the window and staring out at the full moon and the rain hitting against the windows. Villagers didn't even seem to care if it was raining, they still went about their business.

HOLO:
"Perhaps, once this guy stops being violent." She rolled her eyes.

Daemon set out to the Northern forest as it began raining. His hair was getting lightly drizzled on, but he took no mind to it.
He had to find the Laguz's camp, where he would find Ahri and the rest of her kind, as he hoped.
Daemon successfully cleared the Fairy Village, where he then entered the plains, seeing the tall trees of the forest in the distance.
Please be safe... I'll do anything, just to see you safe and sound.

AHRI:
Ahri became bored, so she decided that she'd throw off her fuzzy cloak and climb up one of the trees. The coat lay in the snow, getting covered in light little flakes. She jumped swiftly and grabbed a branch, hoisting herself up with all of her effort and sitting up pretty tall in the branches.
What do I do now? She asked herself as the rain and snow was blocking her vision out into the plains, but there was nothing there anyways. The wind was growing extremely strong the longer she sat up and now she looked down as the branches were beginning to sway. It had been quite a while before the branches began to do this, so she had no idea this would happen. Climbing without the cloak on helped, but she was cold and had no way down. Even from this height, jumping into snow would be painful since the ground was frozen underneath the new snow.
"Ugh.. oh well.."

Daemon had entered the Northern Forest now, and he treaded through the snow, searching for the Laguz.
He wasn't bothered by the cold, in the old world the fairies lived in a cold habitat naturally.
As he walked, he looked up, noticing something up in a tree above. What is that..? Daemon paused, noticing nine fluffy white tails. "Ahri?" he called from below, unsure if he was seeing things or not. Why the hell would Ahri be in a tree?

AHRI:
Ahri looked all around as her ears perked up, hearing her name from a familiar voice that made her heart race. The wind was strong and the voice sounded distorted, but she knew the voice when she heard it. She looked down as the branch began to snap from one side and she didn't know what to do.
"Daemon, it's you.." She said with a relieved voice as the branch finally broke from the wind and it caused her to fall, she shrieked, but she hoped that Daemon would catch her and feel how freezing her skin was. She wanted nothing more than to go home.

- - - - DAEMON SPADE
As she answered him, Daemon felt his heart skip a beat. Ahri was safe. He could feel his own heart thumping until Ahri had shrieked and began falling.
"Ahri!" Daemon shouted, rushing up into the air with his wings and catching her in his arms gently.
He floated them back down to the ground, feeling a rush of joy that Ahri seemed alright, aside from her freezing skin.
Daemon held her close, and sighed gently. "Ahri, we're going home."

AHRI:
Ahri couldn't believe it as he grabbed her and she couldn't help but throw her arms around him.
"I missed you so much.. I'm sorry I left.. Your brother made it seem like I was only causing problems by being around and I didn't want to cause you anymore problems." She said, not releasing her grip.
"Take me home.. Please." She said with a chatter of her teeth.
