"I'll try first," Ava said, walking up closer to the tree. "I don't know if I'll be able to do it though," she added, laughing. The palm tree didn't seem to have any decent footholds, so it wasn't exactly easy to climb. Instead she ended up wrapping her legs around the quite skinny trunk and trying to pull herself upwards with her hands, more like climbing a rope than a tree.

Ava ignored her and continued climbing up the tree as if it were a rope. She got near the top, before losing her grip and sliding all of the way back down the tree amd landing roughly on the ground. "Oww..."

Ava got up with the help of Nyu, and brushed dirt off her butt. "Yeah, your turn. It's harder than it looks though," she said, as she stepped back a few steps.

Nyu felt a determined smile tug at the corner of her lips as she readied herself. "Here goes," she leapt upwards and clung onto the tree, wrapping her arms and legs around it just as Ava did. She struggled upwards, her limbs already aching. "Almost...there!" She wheezed. Nyu reached a hand up to a large coconut, her arm shaking.

Grace went ahead to join the two girls. "I can help with that!", she said. She reached up for the coconut and gave it to Ava. Being tall was one of her great traits that she inherited from her father. "You're welcome!", she yelled, then walked away.

Rose began picking up different shells at the shore. As her hands began filling up, she though 'I really should have brought a bag...' Then, she got an idea and took off her hat, turning it around and putting the shells inside.

Nyu reached up another hand, tightly hugging the tree with her legs, and managed to grab hold of the coconut. She pulled at it but felt herself slowly loosing grip on the tree. "A-Ava..!" Nyu tipped sideways.

Ava panicked, not sure what to do. The first hing that came to mind was trying to catch the other girl, so she ended up standing beneath Nyu in case she actually fell, not realising that that would probably end in disaster.

Ava held her arms out, trying to catch Nyu. Instead, she was basicslly just knocked to the ground, with Nyu landing on top of her. At least it have the falling girl a soft landing.
