Before I can refuse again, Rena shoves the candy inside my mouth. I start to chew it and slowly, I feel... strange? My mind races a million miles and I start running after Helix. I shout in his ear, "You. Were. Right."

I walk into another abandoned hut and sit there, collecting my thoughts. Do I actually hate these people? Do I only hate some of them, maybe? Why is Sage being so secretive about that monster? Can it only control her? If so, is it because she can read minds? Or are we all possible victims of possession? What's Sai's deal? And what was with Wolfie before? And who was I before waking up in the bunker?

(I'mma be out most/all of the day tomorrow, so I won't be on until really late GMT, so... probably a normal time for everyone else. )
