He slowly stopped crying, taking a few deep breaths. He sighed as he uncovered his leg. It was obvious that the pain was self-inflicted. He felt more tears arrive to his eyes, as he struggled to fight them back. He didn't say a word.

Maggie had heard a faint sound of screaming, but shrugged it off. Probably someone dying, Maggie thought to herself. Maggie's thoughts started to trail off to Lucille again. I wonder if Lucille liked her first kill, she probably did because I finally killed my tormenters. They tormented me for five years.. Maggie looked up at the sky, as she felt tiny raindrops fall onto her face. It had started to rain.

Akise looked up at him with a pained, disappointed look, then wrapped the bandages around his leg. "Don't do that to yourself." she said quietly, putting the bandages back into her bag. (Brb I must do the eating)

He sighed once more. He felt raindrops fall on his face. He didn't object to her applying the bandage. He waited patiently for her to finish. When she finished with the bandage, he stood up and just hugged her. He needed a hug, after all he'd seen.

As soon as Maggie felt the rain she quickly reached for her backpack. Maggie pulled out an extendable black umbrella. Maggie pulled at the knotch, and the umbrella expanded. Maggie put it over her head, rather quickly. Always be prepared for the worst, Maggie thought to herself. Maggie then zipped up her backpack, and slung it over her should again. Max didn't mind the rain, he actually loved it. Max's tail started to wag as he continued walking with Maggie.

Akise hugged him back, smiling. "Promise me you won't do that again. Please. You know what it's like losing Kaida. Even though it must be a lot more painful to you than to me, imagine losing her twice. That's what it would feel like losing both of you." Akise said, almost in tears herself.

He did imagine losing her twice, it brought him to tears once more. He fought back, his body trembling. He let go as he covered his face.

"I-I won't." He said. "I'm sorry, I-I don't know what came over me.."

Maggie sniffed the air around her, the rain brought out the scents. Ah, I love it when it rains. The smell gets stronger, and these happen to be my favorite scents, Maggie thought to herself. Maggie's boots squeaked as she continued to walk.

Akise put a hand on his shoulder. "It's alright. I understand what it's like." she comforted, remembering the many times she had had the shotgun in her mouth, ready to pull the trigger.

His tears rushed out, hidden by the rain. He felt a little blood ooze out of the bandages, and ignored it. The bandages were stained a blood red.

"I heard music earlier." He said, as he remembered the music. "It was tango music. I felt like dancing, yet I couldn't bring myself off the ground."

Maggie had been walking for a while, and her feet started to hurt. Maggie heard the faint sound of voices. Oh, this is going to be interesting. Don't forget to play the innocent, shy, sweet girl act. How I used to be until I made Lucille. Maggie started to walk towards the voices, being as quiet as possible.

Akise blushed slightly, remembering how loud she had the music playing. "Oh... sorry... that was me. I dance when I need to calm down."

Maggie heard two voices, as she slipped behind a tree. Maggie peeked out from the tree, carefully watching Akise and Satoshi. Maggie's cheek was still bleeding. Oh, its just them. Let's see if they are smart enough to spot me.

"I can understand." He said. He stood silently.

He looked around. He saw something behind a tree, but he ignored it.

Akise turned around, noticing Satoshi looking at something. She squinted, seeing the familiar red color of blood, and walked over. "Are you alright? Do you need bandages or anything?" Akise asked Maggie, thinking that she recognized her face, but dismissed it as paranoia.

Maggie jumped. "Oh! I'm so sorry for watching you I was just shy, and I don't really know how to talk to people.." Maggie was talking very fast. You could understand, but it was a little hard. Maggie's face turned red because she was embarrassed.

Akise smiled. "It's alright. I'm Akise, and that guy over there is my friend Satoshi." she said, gesturing back to Satoshi, who was still where they had been standing. "Do you want me to get you anything for your cheek?" Akise asked with a friendly smile.

"I-I'm Maggie.." Maggie replied. Maggie started to press her fingers together. "My cheek will be fine, I've had worse and lived," Maggie gave a shy smile.
