Probably Zanessa's post up the page that says there are 9 personalities and 10 spots in a village.

I also find that over time, they react differently. Snooties start out intolerable snots, but then they warm up. Mine are even downright complimentary. I'm only keeping one; one is being held for another person. And while I'm hoping Pippy leaves soon, if I wound up keeping Dotty and Bunnie both, I wouldn't complain. But no, I wouldn't want more than one jock, but that's my preference. What annoys me might be entertaining to someone else. That's why I've never understood the rationale behind telling other people how they should construct their own villages. ^_~

So do I. But there is arguably often going to be at least a bit of overlap. The characters I can stand in greater number are different to those you can. And that's fine. That's why the game doesn't require you to make all villages identical. ^_^

Gonna try and trade/ giveaway Blanche for phoebe and Zell for bam since I have 2 snootys, 2 smug, 2 peppy, 2 lazy, a normal and a cranky. Bummer. I wasn't even thinking about the personality thing but it'd prob be good to have all types for variety and PWP purposes.

PWPs are one reason I don't want lazies. Even the one I built in TARDIS is gonna get demolished, likely. (It's a hammock; the other requests were for a balloon arch, a tire toy and things like that, most of which lower villager satisfaction.) That and I don't enjoy the personality much. ^_^ But I think it's great to have any villagers you enjoy in your village; that's the great part of the game: we all get to decide.

Oh but I luv my lazy boys. Stitches is my baby and I HAD to have bob. Not cuz he's the purple cat but cuz he was in my original 3 in AC-gc and ww : ) ok going back to sleep for a couple hours than back to work on all the towns. I gotta get some of my holding guys ready to move and see if I can get one of my 2 to move as well.
