As the sun set on the kingdom, the bells of the palace courtyard began to ring. The sound of the bells resounded over the entire area, signalling to the citizens of Allamantheia that they were being summoned to an important event.

Luka laughed at his statement. Just then, she heard the bells of the courtyard ring. 'Hey, looks like something important is about to happen! I wonder what is going on...'

Landing near Byakuran, I asked, "What do you want?" I tightly folded up my wings.

Ahri gazed up as the girl flew over Byakuran again. Must be trying to get his attention.
"Seems like you have a visitor." She said, referring to the girl flying over him again. Am I third wheeling? She asked herself, swishing her tails. She always felt awkward around three people since she's had encounters with boyfriends before.
"So I guess she did hear you."

"Should we go? Maybe it's an execution or something,"Dustin points out.

Luka nodded. 'I wonder if it is...' she started to make her way to the courtyard, signalling for Dustin to join her.

"THE BELLS!" Jaxon screamed. She quickly dropped the dandelion she was wondering would taste like and ran to the center of town.

Byakuran had been about to respond; to Ahri, to the question of the winged-girl, but then the bells sounded throughout the area.
"....This may have to wait for another time." he murmured, looking at the two females.

Dustin nodded, then followed her to the courtyard.

I flew to the courtyard, quietly landing off to the side, away from most of the crowd.

The princess watched the Courtyard from one of the many balconies of her palace. She smiled as people began to file in through the grand archway. In the centre of the courtyard stood a large guillotine. It was almost time.

As Luka made her way to the courtyard, she noticed the terrifying guillotine. 'Oh no, you were right! It's an execution!' Luka began to feel weak at the knees.

"Ofcourse. I bet this person hasn't even done anything, the princess is just a sick person,"he says, glaring up to the princess.

I stared up at the princess, my eyes filled with confusion.

Panting, jaxon reaches the courtyard, seeing A huge gullotine. Her stomach trembled and her lip quivered. Who would be next?

Elsinore was torn out of her embarrassment when she heard the bells. As she made her way to the courtyard, she saw the guillotine and felt her blood run cold. She's heard of the ruthlessness of the Princess before, but she's never actually seen such a thing firsthand. Despite that she stayed, knowing this was something she would have to see.

The Princess waited patiently until all of her subjects had assembled.

'So, shall we begin?' the Princess asked rhetorically, not expecting a reply from the terrified looking crowd. 'This man has been found guilty of attempting to organise a protest'. As the Princess spoke, two masked servants lead a blindfolded man through the crowd of people and towards the guillotine.

'He wished to complain about the conditions in which he resides. Well, I have something I must tell you: I am a very generous ruler and I provide affordable accommodation to those who are... financially challenged. To disrespect my generosity is to be disloyal to me, and this is high treason. This man will be made an example of, as a warning to those who wish to defy me'.

'Now, before we begin, does anybody in the crowd have anything they'd like to say?' she addressed the audience with a twisted smile.

Luka stood in silence next to Dustin, too shocked to say a word. A single tear formed in her eye. She recognised the man being executed from the market. He was one of the kindest people she knew, and he never deserved this cruel fate.

"You're a b****, that's what you are!The place we leave is run down and dangerous"Dustin yells, as he gets out his dagger. He throws it at one of the masked servants. 'Why did I do that? I should get out of here,'he thinks to himself.

I slowly covered my eyes with my wings, trembling.

"YOU CAN'T DO THIS!" Jaxon screeched, but the princess didn't know it was her that screamed.
