"Yeah, some of them. But a lot of them didn't deserve it at all. There have been people executed because of complaining about our living conditions. The princess says it's going against her and should be considered treason. That's part of why insurgents usually don't become friends with Royals; they're scared the Royals will rat them out to guards if they say anything."
"I'm so sorry. Hey, how about you come over to my house sometime today? We can continue our conversation there. The walls in this house are so poorly built, if there was a guard ten feet away outside, he'd hear us,"Sina says.
"Oh, uh, okay. Sure," Misa replied. "Is that a good idea though? A lot of higher class people don't take too kindly to us going through their neighbourhood, and I doubt it'd help your image to be seen walking around with an insurgent...."
"Well, then I guess no one could say anything, but usually it's quite obvious who's who. I mean, Royals and Insurgents are usually very different, in a lot of ways..."
"Stay here,"Sina says, running out of the house. She walks up to the royal district, and into the clothing shop. She picks up a gold charm bracelet and purchases it.
"Gift shopping,"Sina smiles, holding up a charm bracelet. The charm on it was a shiny golden water drop, with a lapiz lazuli stone incrested in it. "I'm rich, I don't have a bank account that goes on forever. This took up nearly half of my money, but it was worth it,"Sina says, handing the bracelet to Misa. "Now you ucan come to the Royal district without being questioned."
Misa stared at the bracelet Sina had just given her with awe. She'd never even seen anything that was anywhere near that kind of value, nevermind held it. "Sina... Why did you...? There'd be other less expensive ways of pretending to be a Royal..."
Fortis woke up and headed down the street to get some dinner, but saw a Royal giving Misa a bracelet. Of course you can afford it, hell, you could have a time machine and still have money to support everyone in this god damn place with enough money to retire!
