yep, added!
you can reserve a villager before they even ask to move out. the reservation countdown starts when the villager asks to move out.
for example, say someone is lurking for ... say, diana. someone may choose to send a reservation fee to me (AFTER ASKING), say, that is worth 3 days. the countdown will start when i post saying she has asked to move out.
the villager does NOT have to be in boxes before you can reserve the villager. i hope i cleared that up. ;v;'
