I am seeking a complete catalogue island if anyone happens to have one or know if anyone that is doing them.
As in complete, I am referring to all clothes, all furnitures, and things able to picked up regardless of orderable/unorderable status.
The more the better.
(Obviously no hacked items please).

Can discuss terms of payment, through TBT or NMT, etc.

It's not possible to fit all unorderables and orderables on one island. (i've tried) You would need multiple islands or use the extra sets of residents with max capacity storage, dropping the additional items on the ground.

I did not think about that. I'll have to think about it. Perhaps I'll just have to start smaller first.
