Just to make sure, does your mayor have something on the right side of her shoulder? (it doesn't seem to be green like the other sleeve, so I thought I should make sure *v*)
And also, would you like her sunglasses to be partially see-through so you can see her eyes, or completely darkened? And if the first option, what is the eye colour?

Her right shoulder is the same as her left so its green and such and that would be awesome! I have blue eyes so that would be lovely! I will send the payment now!
