Series 3 cards to release on January 14 in Japan

Nintendo Japan just updated the HHD website for Series 3 amiibo cards. They will be released on January 14, 2016 in Japan. You can also see all of the special characters and some select villagers on the page. Are you favorites there? c:

My poor, poor bank account! I'm so excited that Rodeo and Curlos are there so far! Rodeo's one of my all time favourites. Also, Pelly looks lovely!

I wonder what other cats will be in that series. There's no way Mitzi will be the only one.

I'm not extremely excited about that many cards yet; I guess I'm excited about Marshal, who is one of my villagers in ACNL and among one of my favorites. I'm happy to see Del (I just recently did his house and might want to use his card in a facility or another villager's house to go with a theme or idea), Curlos (to go with some of international themed houses/facilities), Rover and Mitzi (since my favorite species in the game are cats), Merengue (I just recently made a market that I'd like to "employ" her for), Wendell, Jingles (I haven't touched ACNL when he was in my town), Franklin (same thing as with Jingles), maybe Pelly, Mable and Leif since we don't have their cards yet and I always found them pretty likable.

Right, but they are already getting series 3. Series 2 hasn't even came out in Canada yet, and they are already getting the next series. I mean if after we got series 2 they annouched series 3 I guess that would be normal but what's happening right now....I don't know.
