Ya, my guess is an April release for PAL regions - mid/late March at the earliest

Every New Leaf villager? Of course!
With 4 series of 100 cards each, it is more a question about what special visitors would be included in the last series...
I bet another Redd, Timmy/Tommy (Whatever showed up only once so far), Isabelle and Shrunk, Brewster, Zipper T. Rabbit, Gracie and the rest as new characters.
Though, DLC villager cards don't seem likely... So Carrie might be the only returning villager-card.
Vol 4 will probably have NPC, Brewster, Celeste, Gracie, Gulliver, Leila (wife), Katrina, Pave, Phineas, & Zipper T Bunny. There will probably be another Isabelle, Tommy (since Timmy has 2 cards), and Ressetti (since Don Ressetti has 2 also). If they have 17 NPC cards (like the first 3 sets)... Who will be the remaining 5 cards? It would be cool if they threw in Cornimer, Farley, Fillard, Kaitlin, Serena, Snow Family, Wishy or Wisp.
Sorry, I probably sound like a complete noob, but hat do you mean by DLC? Is that the only way to get returning villagers or something?

The timing stinks with regard for those who, just like me, live in the United States.
We haven't received Series #02 yet.
I also find lately that I am breaking from playing "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer" because it doesn't sustain my interest actively playing as "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" did. I spent more on Amiibo Cards, for Series #01, than I should have. And I'm ready to move on to Series #02. And yet we don't get it. But, Japan is already set, in a matter of days, to get Series #03.
This is not encouraging.
