I've been wanting to do this, but a little differently. I've been wanting to farm the rarer weeding day items. I believe Leif shows up in 2 different ways, on weeding day, or if you just have so many on a random day. One of these lets you get get 1 weeding day item per 30 weeds if I remember correctly. I forget which one does what. Are you TTing to a Weeding day?

Sure! I can TT to a an actual Weeding Day where you can get an item from Leif every 30 weeds. At the moment, I have 500 weeds, which would roughly translate to 16 weeding items. However, if I remember correctly, you can only get 8/12 of the items since the other four is only available to the host and the 8/12 items to the guest.

As it happens, I think I may have a few extra of those ones (I have extra cosmos fans and maybe some of the other ones, I can’t recall). If you get doubles, would you be willing to swap a few of them with mine?

Let me know how many weeds you want to schedule for, I currently have 500 weeds, but can easily accommodate more. Also, given that 4/8 items are only available to the host, did you want me to weed as well or just let you do all the weeding? It is preferable for me to not weed.

I'm not going for the more common 4 items at the moment: voilet scrren, lily record player, rose sofa, cosmo fan. Are you sure it is Weeding day where he does the item per 30 weeds? 500 should be good.

My understanding is that in order to get the furniture, it’s on the Weeding Day, that is scheduled on the last Friday in April. Did you want to try that? I can host your session now if you’re available.

One thing I noticed different is that on the official Weeding Day, there is no counter to keep track of how many weeds you've pulled. Which means that you would need to count 30 weeds and then go talk to Leif each time.

On the normal weeding sessions I've hosted, there's a counter on the top of the screen that tells you how many are left. So you know how many are left vs. how many you've pulled.

Yup! The session I hosted with you was an Official Weeding Day event. Which is why you were able to get a weeding day furniture for every 30 weeds.

Otherwise, it's just a regular day in ACNL and Leif is there going: "OMG! SO MANY WEEDS! Let's make a game of it and I will have a counter that will count down the amount of weeds that are left for you to pull!" At the end, you only get one item from it.

Hello! Of course you can! The currency is "Bells" which is the number located under your username. You currently have 1 Bell. Which is only good enough for 10 weeds as I sell 500 weeds for 50TBT.
