Honestly, I'm kind of excited that most of the game is new players. It gives them a chance to think harder since there isnt exactly someone to sheep, which in turn will make them better mafia players in the future C:

You could just start it now probably, with a bit of rebalancing, not sure what type of game it's supposed to be, but you if you cut, say, a survivor that that didn't count towards town's numbers, or a lover, it could probably work if it's not the type of game where everyone has a special ability and it has to be extremely balanced. (Just saying this because people will probably start to drop out in a few days)

Okay, being serious, I can join next week, if it means anything. Granted, school swallows me next week, but school isn't really much of a problem early on? It will be hell on Mondays, however (ugh youth group never liked it anyways)...
