Should I agree to let villagers move?

I adore all of my villagers whether they are friendly or cranky.

Today Bob asked to move and I said no.

Yesterday Flo wanted to move and I said no.

This past week Tangy gave me her picture and then 2 days later she asked to move.

Last week Rory my sweetie pie asked to move.

I am waiting for Static to bring up the subject and I am shipping him out. I do not have a problem with his personality -- the problem is he disappears for days and I have not spent much time with him.

Did the developers set the game up to make you feel guilty about imprisoning your villagers when they want to move?

If so, then this initiative is entirely lost on me. XD If I want a villager to stay and I can make them do so, then I will. No remorse. It's their fault for telling Isabelle they "never want to leave" >:

Only thing I'd feel guilty about (thanks to the trading community) is sending one "to the void."

Just go with your gut on whether or not to let someone go.

Welp, it's a good idea to get at least one moving so it doesnt get boring with the same villagers. But maybe that's just me.

I usually have the same dilemma. I hate when my villagers move out 'cause I feel so guilty about it. I've been playing everyday since june and I only agreed to Rhonda (Ren?e in French) moving out when my cousin told me she would taker her in her town. All the other 9 characters have not yet moved out.

I don't really care for certain villagers. Others, they can hate this town all they want; they shall never leave. If there was a mod where you could chose villagers that would never ask to move, I'd get it, because they just keep begging and pleading and I say "NO SHADDAP"

I love all my villagers and have not let any of my original 10 leave since i started my file in July
i finally agreed to let Freya move today and i already feel guilty, xDD
I have her picture though, none can leave until i have them.. have 8 so far
