Should i start over

Should i start over heres a few reasons why im thinking about it
-horrible house placements
-horrible bulding placements one store in every corner
-horrible neighbors
-All My neighbors dont like me
-i have no snow left in my town
- and to top it off someone stole all my money and rare items
so should?i also i have a few other reasons

my new towns pretty nice the gate,town center, able sister, and muesum are all in a sqaure in the top right..but nooks is on the beach..pretty cool town
