I got a notice saying my Signature picture is too big. And someone else made it so I don't know how to edit it within the size. Should I just ask the person? Because they said updates cost more tbt or something, Idk I got it made a long time ago. How do I do this? Can someone answer this please?

Do you have paint or a similar program? Or upload it to photobucket and make it smaller there.
