Put the smaller image on imgur or your pc, then just upload it from there onto your siggy.

And after uploading it to imgur (or any other image host), you could use a table code to add the resized version of that image to the left or right of your villager signature and pixel. That way you could still have 3 images in your sig while keeping everything under 250px.
