Here is a game I always liked to play this game. You insert a coin and then the next person will tell you what happens. Anything can happen. Here is an example:

(Someone Else) Out somes a soda

or you can be more creative and say things like:

Machine blows up. An alien comesand fixes it. He also gives you a coupon for 20% off astronaut icecream.
