Agreed. People on FG don't seem to understand that it takes more than projectile spam to win against good players. He got punished as much as he did because I don't think he was confident in any of R.O.Bs other moves. R.O.Bs side B leaves him very vulnerable to attacks and I see that Hyogo took advantage of that and executed some great combos.
